At DeBellee, we value our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns
- You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns due to size issues, defects, or wrong items received are eligible for a full exchange or refund.
- Personalized or final sale items cannot be returned.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
Exchanges
- If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge.
- For size exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return?
- Email us at debellee2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Ship the item back to us, and once received, we will process your return/exchange.
